AI is altering the context of workforce transporting along with it the opportunities and opportunities of future workforce. Since AI technologies are still in their growth stage, it is crucial to note that it impacts jobs and employment more than ever.

One of the major challenges of AI is the detail that it is able to execute a process that was earlier performed by people. Routine or mundane activities in industries like industrial, sales and support services, and clerical work are easier to power. This transformation can also lead to job loss of employees who may not possess skills that are useful in AI solutions.

Recent developments of AI to transform industries incomes that there is growing demand for people with skills in areas such as data science, machine learning and AI programming among others. However, there is a major skills shortfall issue in that, many of today’s employees lacks such skills.
